Important Information About Registering for a Workshop
or Course with CCC
Acceptance Process: Upon
receipt of your registration form and fee, a faculty member will call you
for a brief phone interview to answer any questions you may have and
ensure that this course will meet your needs. After that, we will send you a
confirmation letter with directions and all the details. Early registration
is recommended.
Payment:
A $30 deposit is required with Registration Form and full tuition
is due with 10 days of acceptance.
Scholarships Available: Friends of the
Center for Creative Consciousness have established a
scholarship fund for individuals who are unable to pay full tuition for
workshops. Please call us at 413 665-4880 for full details.
Withdrawals: Full tuition will
be refunded if a course is cancelled.
Unless otherwise noted, withdrawal notices received with:
7 or more days notice - receive a full refund
4-7 days notice - receive 75% refund
0-3 days notice - receive no refund

noted, workshops and retreats are held at our studio in the Leverett Crafts & Artists Building, Leverett MA. We are in Western
Massachusetts, just north of Amherst, 2 hours from Boston, 4 hours from New York City and 5 hours
from Montreal.
Directions
Accommodations: Participants from out of the area attending weekend workshops
will need a place to stay.
